Phrygian Cap of Liberty from the 4th century BC. Originally worn in ancient Greece, the Phrygian Cap (The Red Cap) represented the mushroom and is still with us today in the form of the Liberty Cap

Hecate as the Triple Moon Goddess, however, there is a slight issue here. She also has three mushrooms emanating from her head. Does this make her in fact a triple mushroom goddess instead of a triple moon goddess?
